These terms are a placeholder for the early phase of RosterDirect. By using the marketplace you acknowledge that facilities post shifts in good faith, clinicians represent their credentials accurately, and the platform charges a 30% platform fee on top of the clinician’s accepted rate.
Contractor classification, payment handling, dispute resolution, and marketplace enforcement will be finalized before the production launch.
Full production terms — including acceptable use, indemnification, and limitations of liability — will be published prior to launch and reviewed by legal counsel.
