Clinician Agreement

This draft describes how a healthcare professional plans to use RosterDirect to build a credential profile, browse shifts, apply at posted rates or request higher compensation, and confirm assignments. Timekeeping, facility time approval, invoicing, and clinician payouts are not yet operational and will be introduced in a later phase.

The final agreement will document clinician responsibilities, accurate credential representation, and expected use of facility information. Worker classification, tax responsibilities, and payment-processing arrangements will be documented before launch.

Any references to guarantees of income, availability of shifts, or specific tax outcomes will be added only after formal legal review.
