How RosterDirect works

Stage 1
1. Post
The facility posts:
- Location
- Profession
- Date and time
- Requirements
- Initial clinician pay rate
- Whether rate negotiation is allowed
Stage 2
2. Apply or negotiate
The clinician can:
- Apply at the posted rate
- Request a higher rate
The facility can:
- Accept
- Decline
- Counter
Stage 3
3. Approve and confirm
After rate agreement:
- The facility reviews the clinician
- The facility approves the clinician
- The clinician confirms the assignment
- The agreed rate and shift terms are saved
Stage 4
4. Complete the assignment
After the shift:
- The clinician completes the assignment
- The agreed rate and shift terms remain on record
- The 30% platform fee applies to Per Diem and Contract Staffing and is added to clinician compensation
- Secure timekeeping, facility time approval, invoicing, and clinician payouts will be introduced through the upcoming timekeeping and payment workflow

- • May browse opportunities while pending
- • May apply only after becoming Fully Approved
