This draft describes how a healthcare facility plans to use RosterDirect to post shifts, set clinician pay rates, respond to applications and rate requests, approve clinicians, and confirm assignments. Secure timekeeping, facility time approval, invoicing, and clinician payouts are not yet operational and will be introduced in a later phase.
The final agreement will document facility responsibilities, representations regarding licensed operation, credential-review expectations, and use of clinician information consistent with applicable law. Attorney review is planned before launch.
Any references to guarantees of staffing, HIPAA compliance, worker classification, or insurance coverage will be added only after formal legal review.
