One transparent platform fee

Estimate
Transparent cost example
The RosterDirect platform fee is added to clinician compensation. It is not deducted from the clinician’s accepted pay rate. Estimates use scheduled hours; final totals will be based on the accepted clinician rate and approved paid hours after payment processing is implemented.
Credentialing
Clinician credentials are reviewed by the RosterDirect credentialing team.
Facilities do not credential clinicians. Only Fully Approved clinicians with a Cleared background check may apply to your shifts.

- Background-check status must be Cleared.
- When you review an application, you may see the clinician's relevant professional profile, subject to privacy controls. Government IDs, background-check reports, and internal notes are not shared.
