How RosterDirect handles account data, credential submissions, and marketplace activity, and what facilities can and cannot see about clinicians.

Information we plan to collect
Account information (name, email, role), credential submissions (licenses, certifications, resume), and marketplace activity (applications, rate discussions, time entries).
How information will be used
To operate the marketplace: matching clinicians to shifts, recording rate negotiation, confirming assignments, and preparing approved-hour records.
Sharing
Facilities may access only approved professional information necessary to evaluate an application. Government-issued identification, complete background-check reports, administrator notes, internal credential-review notes, authentication information, and restricted compliance documents are not shared except when legally required and appropriately authorized. Payment processor and infrastructure providers will be documented before launch.
Patient data
RosterDirect is not designed to receive or store patient information. Do not upload patient data to the platform.
