Every cancellation and reschedule will record the party, reason, and timestamp for accountability. Specific windows, fees, and reciprocal handling will be documented before the production launch after legal and operational review.
Until the final policy is published, facilities and clinicians should communicate cancellations promptly through the platform record and honor the good-faith expectations of the confirmed assignment.
